A. Treasurer - Christy

- Financials – we need to make them easy to read.
- Purchases under $500.00 – Pete & Christy will approve receipts, will accept an electronic signature (email approval).
- Purchases over $500.00 – Board approval
Pool issues going well – he has suggested a few issues to the pool man and is now doing better.
- Thanks to volunteers who kept the bathrooms clean.
- Need to replace signs (No Smoking, etc.). Will replace next year.
- There have been people using the pool after hours, codes were deactivated with a two weeks suspension.

- Speed bumps – cost $200-$300 each – need to order – suggest the board order one for now and place on road near the clubhouse
- Drainage issues – with the heavy rain, there has been a great deal of water on the roads and in ditches.
- Look into building up sides of roads where there are divots.
E. Codes - Sherry – requests –
- People are not getting approval and doing what they want to their lots - Extension was built to side of an approved storage building. The extension violates the five foot property line rule.
- Grounds - Charlene not present - Pete
- Grounds men doing a great job.
- Large rocks were placed at the front entrance of island to keep golf carts off the grass. Someone took the rocks and threw them in the water.
- Sherry – Let’s get the front landscaped; spend approximately $1,000.00. Approved
- Animals – Can we limit the number of animals? For now leave as is. If there’s an issue, the board will address.
- HVAC System – Patty, this is a healthy estimate to include, additional vents for the kitchen and office areas.
- Letter to homeowners regarding the increase in lot rates. The board reviewed and changes will be made to elaborate on why the regime fee needs to be raised.
- Volunteers cutting grass – There have been individuals who are cutting grass and damaging other’s property. Compliance Coordinator will notify the individual. If someone damages property, they are responsible for repair.
- Compliance Coordinator – The Tansi Board has attempted to contact property owners regarding compliance or issues to no avail. Therefore, in the future, a Compliance Coordinator will be in charge of contacting property owners. They will go through the neighborhood and if there are any issues, the will send a letter to the property owner.
- Dock replacement, stringers and sides estimate $150,000. - $180,000.
- Floater estimate $40,000. - $60,000.

J. Island Logo contest – Four different logos were presented for Tansi. Present all four and have people vote.
4. Old business
A. By-laws & Covenants – Robbie
- Grimsley (lawyer) still has some questions.
- Working on finishing the covenants, lawyer wants past covenants. Robbie went to courthouse to pull up past documents. He went to the courthouse, found a great deal of covenants. He sent to Lawyer.
- Approved by-laws.
- Need a complete trail to make the documents correct and for people to comply. Example: Beaufort Co. Leash law.
B. Golf Carts – Tony
- He is looking into the laws regarding unlicensed drivers on golf carts. He stated it has been voted and approved in the past.
